If you’re an educator looking to stimulate creativity and spark innovation, then Mastering Digital Fabrication labs are the ideal place to start. The Labs can help children realise their potential and go beyond the classroom boundaries.  From designing a product using open source software to creating a working prototype on our equipment, the Lab will help foster innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship.  The Lab can be used for single events or we are able to tailor sessions around your school’s own individual projects and interests.

Bringing students to ‘Introduction to Fab Lab’ and ‘Open Access’ sessions

Small groups of students accompanied by teachers are very welcome to attend our open lab session on Thursdays and Fridays sessions. These session are for a nominal fees that can be negotiated between MDF and the Schools managements.

Workshops

We have a range of workshops that can be tailored to your school’s specific needs.  Check out our Workshops page or contact us via the on-line form to discuss your needs. We have already developed a STEM content for the whole school grades 3 to 12  this content can be complemented with hands on activities which can then be conducted in our labs.
